What Our Customers Have to Say About Us

“Dog Coach came recommended by friends who had nothing but good things to say. They were exactly what we needed to get our new rescue adolescent under control. Before training, Cali, our 10 month old hound/cattle dog mix was leash dog-reactive with lunging and pulling, barked, jumped on people, counter surfed, jumped up on windows and screens and stole the kids toys.

In 6 short weeks she is now walking in a heel position from 3-5 miles a day, has made enormous progress with her reactivity to dogs, happily goes in her crate and sleeps in it overnight, no longer counter surfs or jumps on people and relaxes in place.

We did the remote collar program and I don’t have enough room to say all the things we love about the remote collar. We have control of our dog from near or far and our relationship with her has grown immensely. We are no longer frustrated and resentful and I can say I love our daily walks together. No more stress. We could not recommend Dog Coach more. I couldn’t trust anyone more”

Dog Training Tip: Teach Your Dog to Come When Called

Teaching your dog to come when called is fundamental to building a strong relationship. Coming when called ensures his safety, allows you to trust your dog and have more fun. We’ve all seen or perhaps owned a dog who would not come when called. Great recall is necessary to enjoy a walk through the woods or even to leave your house on time. No recall usually equals exasperation! Before you let your dog off leash, teaching recall starts on-leash, a key lesson in each of our programs.
