What Our Customers Have to Say About Us
“We’ve been to the Dog Coach Foundation Program and we couldn’t be happier. They are wonderful to work with and our lab pup loves the structure. She’s calmer, better at walks and understands basic commands at only 6 months old. We will be working with Dog Coach more as she grows. Another huge plus is how well run the business is with calendar reminders, handouts and a great website. Couldn’t recommend more.”
– Lindsay H
“We used Dog Coach for our 2-year-old dog a year ago. It worked so well! Our dog used to bark and jump on people and now those issues are almost completely resolved. We recently got a puppy and did puppy training. Dog Coach is AMAZING. They helped us create a plan to train our dogs that fit our family’s needs. We would highly recommend Dog Coach to anyone who wants to enjoy their dog.”
– Travis S.
“We did both the Puppy and Foundation training for our Dalmatian with Dog Coach and couldn’t be happier with the results! As new dog owners, they helped us through all the challenges puppies bring, so we could focus on the joys of having a bundle of furry energy in the house. Their guidance and calm reassurance – even in the most frantic of moments – was incredibly reassuring. Our dog LOVED going to see them, and we can’t wait to continue on with the Remote Collar training in the spring. We are huge fans of Dog Coach and would recommend them to anyone at any stage of dog ownership!”

Training Tip: Advocate for Your Dog
Speaking up and advocating for your dog is part of training and building his trust in you. Trust is a two-way street, and your dog needs to know you’ve got his back. Never feel obligated to let your dog play with another dog. Repeated negative interactions make us apprehensive and in turn, can make our dog nervous and encourage reactivity. Start advocating for your dog by not letting him off leash with dogs you don’t trust and teach impeccable recall to avoid unsafe scenarios and nurture a confident dog.
